Is there a weight limit to ride on a helicopter?

Yes! No passenger may weight more than 275 LBS (124 KG) AND if you are traveling with a group, the group total weight is limited to 600 lbs (270 KG)

I have seen different websites for Heli Chicago, why is that?

Be careful when shopping online, there is a new company using the name “Fly Heli Chicago” .. that is not the same company. We have been in business over 15 years. If you’re reading this, you are on the right website!

Where are you located?

We are based out of the Schaumburg Regional Airport – 905 W Irving Park Rd, Schaumburg IL 60193 – All tours will depart from this location.

Can I take photos or videos during the flight?

Absolutely! We encourage you to capture your helicopter tour experience. However, for safety reasons, we ask that all devices are secured with straps, and flash photography is not permitted during night flights.

What happens if my tour is canceled due to bad weather?

Safety is our priority, and tours may be canceled or rescheduled due to adverse weather conditions. In such cases, we first offer to reschedule at your convenience, and if no reschedule can be made – we can offer a refund for your flight.

How many people can fit in a helicopter?

The number of passengers a helicopter can accommodate varies depending on the model of the aircraft. Our fleet includes helicopters that can seat anywhere from 3 to 6 passengers, in addition to the pilot
